Yes! We recommend enabling 2FA for extra security. Go to Profile → Security Settings → Enable 2FA. You can use: (1) Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy), (2) SMS verification, or (3) Email verification. 2FA adds an extra layer of protection for your account and your children's data.

Yes, you can update your email in Profile → Account Settings → Change Email. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect. Your old email will receive a notification about this change for security purposes.

After signup, we send a verification email to your registered address. Click the verification link to activate your account. If you didn't receive it: (1) Check spam/junk folder, (2) Click 'Resend Verification' on the login page, (3) Ensure you entered the correct email. Unverified accounts have limited features.

Yes! One account can have multiple child profiles and be accessed by family members. However, for security, we recommend: (1) Each adult has their own account if preferred, (2) Use the same account for all children in a household, (3) Enable 2FA if sharing access. Story libraries and credits are shared across the account.

Don't worry! If you forgot your email, check previous confirmation emails. If you forgot your password, use 'Forgot Password' to reset it. If you used Google/Apple sign-in, simply click those buttons to login. For any issues, contact support@nanhekissey.com with your account details and we'll help recover access.

Yes! Every new user gets the Starter Pack with 5 free credits — no credit card required. Use them to create Short Stories (1 credit), Standard Stories (2 credits), or Premium Stories (5 credits). Short Stories include AI-generated text, illustrations, and a watermark on images.

Short Stories (1 credit each) include: 8 beautifully illustrated pages, AI-generated story text, personalization with child's name/age/gender, choice of all 15+ themes, choice of all 20+ art styles, and all 52 languages supported. The only limitations are a 'Made with Nanhe Kissey' watermark on illustrations and no PDF download (read online only).

With the free Starter Pack you get 5 credits to explore the platform. Short Stories cost just 1 credit each, so you can try 5 short stories or mix and match with Standard and Premium. When your free credits run out, subscribe to Magic Pack or grab a Story Boost for more.

Short Stories have a small, tasteful 'Made with Nanhe Kissey' watermark in the corner of each illustration. It's subtle and doesn't distract from the story experience. Standard Stories and Premium Stories have no watermark at all.

The watermark cannot be removed from existing Short Stories. However, you can create the same story as a Standard Story (2 credits) or Premium Story (5 credits) to get watermark-free illustrations. This also gives you longer stories (24 or 40 pages vs 8 pages) with more detailed content.

No! All stories - free or paid - are saved permanently in your library. You can access, read, and download them anytime. Your story library never expires as long as your account is active. Even if you don't login for months, your stories remain safely stored.

Story creation is simple: STEP 1: Click 'Create Story' and choose your story type (Short Story, Standard Story, or Premium Story). STEP 2: Select language from 52 options. STEP 3: Enter child details (name, age 2-99, gender). STEP 4: Upload photo (optional, for Child-as-Hero feature). STEP 5: Choose adventure (Space, Dinosaur, Princess, etc.). STEP 6: Select art style (Watercolor, Anime, etc.). STEP 7: Click 'Generate' and wait 2-8 minutes. Done!

Short Story (1 Credit): Quick story for a short read. 1-2 min, 8 illustrated pages, child as hero, all themes & art styles. Generation time by story type: Short Story (8 pages): 1-2 minutes, Standard Story (24 pages): 3-5 minutes, Premium Story (40 pages): 5-8 minutes. You'll see a progress bar showing each page being generated. You can browse other pages while waiting - we'll notify you when your story is ready!

Child as Hero is available across all story types! Upload your child's photo, and our AI generates illustrations where your child's actual face appears as the hero in every scene! Premium Story uses our most advanced AI for the highest quality face-consistent illustrations across all 40 pages. It's truly magical to see your child in their own adventure!

For best results: (1) Use a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting, (2) Face should be unobstructed - no sunglasses, hats, hands, (3) Use a recent photo matching child's current appearance, (4) Neutral or happy expression works best, (5) Avoid heavily filtered photos, (6) Higher resolution photos work better. The AI needs clear facial features for consistency.

Currently, stories are generated as complete illustrated books and cannot be edited afterward. This ensures visual consistency across all pages. If you'd like a different result, you can: (1) Create a new story with different options, (2) Try a different theme or art style, (3) Provide feedback to help us improve. Post-generation editing is planned for a future update!

Yes! If you want a different version: (1) Go to your story library, (2) Click 'Create Similar' on any story, (3) Modify theme, art style, or other options, (4) Generate the new version. Note: This creates a new story using credits (Short Stories are always free and unlimited). Original story remains in your library.

Generation failures are rare but handled gracefully: (1) Credits are automatically refunded immediately, (2) You receive a notification explaining the issue, (3) You can retry generation right away. Our system has multiple AI fallbacks to ensure 99%+ reliability. If issues persist, contact support for priority assistance.

Currently, story plots are AI-generated based on your selected theme, age group, and child details. You cannot specify exact plot points, but the AI creates engaging, age-appropriate adventures. We're developing a 'story prompts' feature where you can guide the narrative direction - coming soon!

Yes! Visit our Public Gallery to browse stories shared by other users (with their permission). Get inspiration for themes, art styles, and personalization ideas. You can like and save favorites. Note: User details are anonymized for privacy. Only stories marked 'public' by creators appear here.

To share your story publicly: (1) Open the story in your library, (2) Click Settings/Share icon, (3) Toggle 'Make Public', (4) Your story appears in Public Gallery. Child's name is visible but other personal details are hidden. You can make it private again anytime. Great for sharing creative stories!

Yes! Each story has sharing options: (1) Copy shareable link, (2) Share directly to Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, (3) Download images for Instagram. When sharing, you can choose to show or hide child's name. Shared links show a preview and allow others to view the full story (if public) or a teaser.

Multiple ways to gift: (1) Create a story and email the PDF, (2) Order a printed book shipped to recipient, (3) Purchase gift credits (they create their own story), (4) Share a story link with personal message. Gifting stories is popular for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions!

Stories are for personal use only. You may: print for family, gift to friends, use in home/classroom settings.
